This guide shows you how to create a free webpage with a built-in contact form, perfect for collecting information or registrations. All you need is a Gmail account!
Creating the Contact Form:
- Head to https://docs.google.com/forms and sign in with your Gmail.
- Click “Blank form” and name your form.
- Use the user-friendly interface to add questions (short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, etc.).
Receiving Submissions:
- Go to the “Responses” tab in your form.
- Click the three dots in the top right corner and select “Get email notifications for new responses.”
Building Your Webpage:
- Visit https://sites.google.com/ and choose a template or start with a “Blank site.”
- This drag-and-drop builder allows you to add text, images, tables, buttons, and more. Customize it to your needs!
Integrating the Form:
- Go to the “Insert” tab in your Google Site and click “Form.”
- Select the contact form you created and click “Insert.”
Publishing and Sharing:
- Once your page is complete, click “Publish.”
- Choose a web address (e.g., “my-form-test”) to create a unique URL
